Privacy Policy | Forever Changed Films

Last updated October 21, 2026

Forever Changed Films is a ministry of Foreverchanged Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Lexington, South Carolina. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website and related tools, and how we use it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

Website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site: pages visited, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and the website or search that brought you here. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It does not tell us who you are.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form (a prayer request, an event registration, a guide download or a message to the team), we receive what you type, usually your name and email address. Our forms are handled by Breeze, the church management service we use. If you donate, your payment details go directly to our donation processor; we never see or store your card number.

Email. If you give us your email address, we may send you ministry updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply and ask to be removed.

How we use it

To respond to prayer requests and messages.
To register you for events and send you the guides you asked for.
To send ministry updates you signed up for.
To see which stories and pages help people most, so we can make better films and resources.
To process donations and provide tax receipts.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the ministry (such as Breeze, our donation processor, our email provider and Google Analytics), and with them only as needed to do that work.

Our own social media and YouTube data

We run an internal reporting tool, the Forever Changed Dashboard, that reads statistics about our own channels and accounts: our YouTube channel, our Facebook Page, our Instagram account, our TikTok account and this website. It uses the YouTube Analytics API and the Meta Graph API with read-only access to accounts we own. It collects aggregate numbers only, such as views, watch time, subscribers, reach and follower counts. It does not collect information about individual viewers or followers, and it never writes or posts anything. The tool's use of information from YouTube is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, and the YouTube Terms of Service apply to the YouTube API Services it uses. The access it has can be revoked at any time at Google security settings and in Facebook's Business Integrations settings.

Videos on this site

Our films are hosted on YouTube and shown here through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. Once you play a video, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Children

This website is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to crew@foreverchangedfilms.org. You can block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
